A bit about us
"I saw my parents trying to keep up with the fast-paced world of TECH as they got older. My Mom and Dad really enjoy staying in touch with family and friends, especially as their grandkids arrived and some of us moved away. They got pretty good at texting and emailing. But when it came to managing doctor appointments, syncing calendars, and using video calls, things got a bit tricky, and they would reach out to me for help. Since I lived just a few minutes away, I was more than happy to step in!
Both my parents were confidently figuring out how to use their computers and laptops, and they even added a few iPads and tablets to the mix. Then there were the Facebook Photo Portal, Alexa, Ring cameras, two small and one huge Smart TV, and CarPlay for the SUV! Not to mention, they recently got Apple Watches to keep track of their activities and sleep! You can only imagine how busy I was setting up all their gadgets and teaching them new tricks -
THEN I MOVED 700 MILES AWAY.
Can you imagine how we felt? A bit lost and overwhelmed.
So we decided to switch to phone calls and video chats! We could keep doing everything as if I was right there, even from 11 hours away. That’s how HELPMe2Tech was born, and I'm really glad to say it’s been such a blessing in our lives. We hope it can be the same for you and your loved ones too."
